What Are The Risks of Tummy Tuck Surgery & What Is Tummy Tuck Recovery Time

Bigintmedia

A tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, is a popular choice following pregnancy or weight loss. A tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat in the abdominal area, improving your waistline and leaving you with a flatter more toned stomach. In many cases, a tummy tuck is combined with liposuction or additional procedures during a mommy makeover to improve the overall results.

Tummy tucks are most popular among women who have recently gone through childbirth, since pregnancy can radically alter the physical appearance of the abdominal region.

Tummy tuck surgery will tighten the abdominal muscles which are generally loosened as a result of pregnancy. They are also common among both men and women who have recently lost weight, which can leave loose skin as well as stubborn pockets of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise.

Risks of Tummy Tuck Surgery

Every surgical procedure is accompanied by risks for serious complications, including tummy tucks. To know more details on Tummy Tuck: check Getreadyoregon

These are some potential risks that can occur:

A. Anesthesia risks

B. Blood clots

C. Infection

D. Poor wound healing

E. Scarring

F. Skin loss or looseness

G. Fluid accumulation

H. Numbness or decreased sensation

I. Skin discoloration

J. Asymmetry

Skillful surgeons take every precaution necessary to prevent these risks from occurring. Most of the problems, including infections, occur because of improper care or self care of the patient during recovery. For example, an infection has warning signs such as fever, excessive perspiration, and chills. If these are ignored, an infection will have the chance to destroy tissue. Infections worsen scarring.

Healing rates differ based on patients’ individual differences in healing. Generally speaking, younger patients in good overall health heal quickly and without complications. Older patients with health problems heal more slowly. Patients who are smokers always have a higher risk of developing complications.

Tummy Tuck Recovery Time

When you wake up after the anesthesia wears off, you can expect your abdomen to feel very sore. Pain relieving medications will decrease the amount of pain you feel. Your surgeon will prescribe an antibiotic as a preventative for infections. You will also have redness, bruising and swelling. These will subside in the first three weeks after surgery during the healing process.

There may be other serious problems if the operation is performed by incompetent doctors. So ensure to consult the best Tummy Tuck surgeon in Hyderabad.

4 Ways Pokemon Go Can Increase Your Business Sales

Vivid Digital

The Pokémon Go phenomena has become so powerful that it is even being featured on the local news channels and talked about in the UK business circles. Less than a week after the mobile app’s launch, Pokémon Go had been installed on twice as many phones as Tinder, it has double the engagement of Snapchat, and it is eclipsing Twitter in its percentage of daily active users. No matter what the draw is to play the augmented reality game, many UK business owners are taking notice for another reason.

As Pokémon Go users traverse their towns in search of Pokémon, local stores, restaurants, movie theaters and other businesses are capitalizing on this opportunity to driving foot traffic and conversions with simple in-app purchases as well as some very creative marketing campaigns. For website design services in Hyderabad visit Vivid Design Consultancy.

To start turning the ambulating gamers around you into your new best customers, follow these simple tips

1. Find Out if Your Business Is a Gym or PokeStop

Pokémon Go runs off an augmented reality HUD, or heads-up display, of the real world. Players’ avatars explore with them as they catch Pokémon, collect rewards from PokeStops, battle other users at Gyms and team up to defend their territory. What? We didn’t get it either at first until we played.

Figuring out whether your business is a PokeStop or Gym is the first thing you should do. PokeStops and Gyms attract foot traffic without any effort-players flock to them for rewards and to battle other players-and they can be leveraged for massive sales if you know how.

2. Sit Back, Throw Down a Lure and Watch the Customers Come In

Like many other gaming apps, Pokémon Go offers a range of in-app purchases. The one that is most important for your small business is Lures. Lures increase the rate of Pokémon generation in the area around the PokeStop where they’re placed for one half hour. That may not sound that powerful, but Pokémon are more scarce than you think. Luring is a powerful tool that your business can use to bring in more customers right away.

The best part is, all you have to do is buy the Lures and throw some out there to turn your slow times into what seems like the busiest part of the day. What’s even more incredible is just how affordable luring is. With $100 netting you 14,500 Pokecoins and an eight-pack of Lures costing 680 Pokecoins: For Digital Marketing Agency in Hyderabad visit Vivid Digital .

14,500 Pokecoins / 680 = 21 eight-packs of lures

(21 * 8)/2 = 84 hours

$100/84 hours = $1.19 per hour

3. Go Where the Pokémon Are

Once you know the basics of how Pokémon Go works, you really don’t even need to be near a PokeStop or a Gym to capitalize on the traffic they can create. One way to make your business a part of the Pokémon Go phenomenon is to go mobile and find a spot where you can utilize your Lure or Gym strategies. Restaurants can set up small food stands almost anywhere and retailers can put a kiosk in the park or near a crowded city centre.

4. Advertise Your Pokémon on Facebook

You already use Facebook for your business, why not direct more Pokémon Go traffic through your page? By creating a Facebook ad targeted only inside the geographical radius of your choice, you could spread the word about your local Pokémon only to those people liable to actually stop into your store. To know more information on SEO Services visit Planetm

Even if Pokémon Go isn’t as powerful a tool for driving sales six months or a year from now, the customers that you bring in today are going to remember you tomorrow.

Datsun GO Hatchback First Drive Review

Aryavarta

Datsun GO Overview

The ‘Datsun’ brand has a strong history behind it especially in the 60s and 70s. Car lovers can vouch for the same. This Japanese automobile company has produced some of the most popular cars of its times including the 510 and 240Z. Nissan had announced Datsun’s revival plans in 2012 for many developing countries and going by the rapid development, India played an important role in it. Datsun’s operations will be supported by Nissan in India. The company has already shown GO hatchback and Go+ MPV based on the same platform at the 12th Auto Expo held in Greater Noida.

The Go hatchback promises to offer more benefits than any other car in its segment. With the Go, Datsun plans to lock horns with India’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki. Datsun is very positive about Go’s premium styling and spacious interiors and claims that it will fetch every need possible without making consumers pay extra. We travel to Hyderabad and find out more in our first drive report.

Datsun GO Style

The one thing that you immediately notice about the GO is that the car now looks a whole lot better than before. It’s not a distinctive change, but just enough to make you appreciate it a little more. The grille is now bigger than before and, along with the strong creases on the bonnet, the car looks more imposing. The headlamps too have been refreshed but continue to feature conventional bulbs. Complementing this look is the new bumper which features a lot of sharp creases towards the sides. It also houses new vertically stacked LED DRLs, which is further highlighted by the black surrounds.

From the side, the GO looks almost identical to the previous version. However, there are a few minor changes to make the styling easier on the eyes. The ORVMs now get a body-coloured casing, while the wheels are now dual-tone diamond-cut alloys. Not just that, they are bigger and wider – 165/70 R14 when compared to the older 155/70 R13 wheels – and look even better.

The Datsun GO now looks better from the rear as well. The creases on the bumper towards the edges help accentuate the width of the car. The bottom crease of the bumper, which looks like a lip extension, is a neat touch. Additionally, you also get a rear windscreen washer and wiper as well.Overall, there is a definite improvement in the way the GO looks. The updates make the car appear more premium and offer more universal appeal.

Datsun GO Space

The cabin has some striking resemblances to that of Micra. The Go’s cabin does not feel like a cocoon and instead offers a spacious well spread cabin with ergonomically placed buttons and knobs. The entire arrangement looks very simple and functional. In terms of features, it gets a MDS – Mobile Docking Station mounted on the front dashboard. It looks simple but has its high points considering Indian consumers are fast moving towards smartphones. There is a USB charging slot and a AUX input which can pair with a smartphone and play music, navigate or even take calls depending on the features of the Smartphone.

The driver gets a big three spoke steering wheel which offers adequate grip. The instrumental cluster has an analog speedometer and a digital tachometer. It also shows information on average fuel consumption, low fuel warning and distance to empty. To help reduce fuel consumption it also comes with a gear shift guide which aids the driver to shift gears at correct engine speeds. The gear stick has been smartly shifted from the floor to the dashboard. It is very conveniently positioned and is in very easy reach of the driver. The change in position of the gear stick makes the seating very spacious. But on the flip side it keeps touching the knee of taller front passengers.

The cabin space inside the Go cannot be compared to any other car because of the sheer space offered. The legroom and headroom inside the cabin is fantastic. The base variants will get plain fabric upholstery while the premium variant gets Jacquard fabric upholstery which has a special pattern on it. The seats are bench type and Datsun claims that the front seats have been specially designed to keep the fatigue level low. The rear seats have a flat rear support and can do with some more cushioning. Both row seats come with integrated headrest.

It features an open glove box section which is not very useful considering the lack of a cover. Since the handbrake and the gear stick have been shifted to the console, it leaves the front area with some storage space. This can be used to store bags and mats and are at an easy disposal of the driver. The Go has the best boot space in its class at 265 Litres.

Datsun GO Performance

The Datsun GO is powered by the same engine as before i.e. the 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol unit which produces 68PS and 104Nm of torque. However, Datsun’s engineers have made revisions to the gear ratios of the 5-speed manual box, which could have been done to manage the higher kerb weight. As a result, the car still feels peppy, with the engine pulling strongly from 2000rpm onwards. Datsun claims the GO can complete the 0-100kmph run in just 13.3 seconds. Rest assured, we’ll soon put the car through a thorough road test and verify these figures.

However, what’s been affected by the few extra kilos is the drivability. While it’ll still pick up from 30kmph in fourth gear without the engine knocking, you will have to wait a bit for the speeds to climb. This becomes apparent when the car is running on a full load, forcing you to provide a heavy throttle input to get going. Out on the highway, the car settles at triple speeds with ease but runs out of breath soon after, asking you to plan your overtakes in advance. At 19.83kmpl, the claimed fuel efficiency is now slightly lower than before. To know more information on Datsun GO check Ubvvn

Datsun GO Driving

The Datsun GO gets a 10mm bump in ground clearance (now 180mm) thanks to the larger 14-inch wheels. This has also lead to a slightly different suspension setup, which, in this case, is better than before. The suspension takes on speed breakers and undulations with ease, cushions you well. This characteristic is even retained at higher speeds, as the car remains stable over broken roads and bad patches. What’s even more impressive is that the car is quick to settle down after hitting a pothole or bump. At triple digit speeds, though, it does feel a bit bouncy, but that’s something which is common across this category of cars.

Although engine noise is better insulated than before, the floorboard insulation still feels lacking as even the smallest pebble hit makes a sharp noise inside the cabin. Overall, the NVH levels have been improved to a point where it is now acceptable. As far as handling is concerned, it’s a car best suited for city use. The steering is light and lets you make quick turns or u-turns in traffic. However, the feedback from the unit feels a bit vague at high speeds and sudden lane changes doesn’t inspire much confidence. A slightly heavier steering would have gone a long way to help with that.

Datsun GO Safety

The Datsun GO features safety bits such as driver side airbag, vehicle dynamic control, co-passenger airbag, ABS with EBD and brake assist, rear parking sensors, central locking and driver seatbelt warning as standard across the line-up. It additionally comes with rear washer, rear defogger and rear wiper. Braking power on the entry-level hatchback is derived from disc front brakes and rear drum units.

Datsun GO Cost in Ahmedabad

Datsun Go On Road Price is 3,81,361/- and Ex-showroom Price is 3,32,000/- in Ahmedabad. Datsun Go comes in 6 colours, namely Ruby,Sky,Silver,Grey,White,Blue. Datsun Go comes with FWD with 1198 CC Displacement and 3 Cylinders with Maximum Power 67 bhp@5000 rpm and Peak Torque 104 Nm@4000 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at 13.3 seconds . Datsun Go comes with Manual Transmission with FWD .Check for Datsun GO price in Ahmedabad at Autozhop.

Datsun GO Conclusion

Should you write a cheque in favour of Datsun GO? You might want to read this. Among some of the low scoring points in the GO, the external tail door lock has been ditched which makes it very inconvenient to operate. There is no wiper on the tail door. Inside the cabin, the ORVM adjustment is missing and also the central mirror has no anti-glare setting.

Glove box does not get a lid for now. No array of power window buttons on the driver door trim. The most annoying bit for me has to be the vintage hand break lever. Get your muscles in place to pull this lever and disengaging it can cause serious injury on the knee as it descends abruptly if not held properly.

But then on the high side, you get a fresh looking car with an attractive design, spacious and functional interiors and an efficient engine. Datsun will be supported by Nissan in India and thus brand reliability is not a problem. One quick look on their official website and the exhaustive list of official dealers appears.

Audi Q3 FAcelift First Drive Review

Book A Test Drive For Audi Q3 In Hyderabad

Audi Q3 Overview

The Audi Q3 has been around since a lot of years now and while competition has moved ahead, this compact luxury SUV is still on sale and to keep the product line-up fresh, the Ingolstadt-based automaker has given the SUV a minor facelift which brings about small tweaks to the exteriors and interiors while the core of the vehicle remains similar.

Based on the PQ35 platform, the Audi Q3 made its debut in India back in 2012. The diesel model was launched first and then, a year later came the petrol version. Audi currently stands third among the luxury car manufacturers in India in terms of volumes and the Q3 has a very pivotal role to play here.

Audi Q3 Design

The Q3 gets the new Audi family face, and it is the first product to get this look in the Indian car market. The new headlamps are a lot slimmer and with these changes to the headlamps and the front grille the Q3 does look fresh and new. The LED array styling has been changed and the full variant on the Q3 gets LED headlamps, which is the first in its segment. The Q3’s side fairly remains unchanged, except for the new design of the alloy wheels. The rear also doesn’t get a major upgrade, it looks a lot similar to the outgoing version. The Q3 has a lot of design elements similar to the new-generation Q7 that is due to be launched in late 2015. The new entry-level SUV looks and feels a lot more stylish and premium too.

Audi Q3 Cabin

There are no major changes to report in the cabin. The Audi Q3 carries forward with the same neat dashboard and generally user-friendly interior. Quality is up there with more expensive Audis and though the seats are not real leather but leatherette, the ambience inside is what you’d expect in a premium SUV. You sit reasonably high up in a Q3, the front seats are generous in size and support and even the rear seat is spacious enough for two adults to sit in comfort.

With the update, Audi has streamlined the variants on offer. The 30TFSI and 30TDI can only be had in Premium trim while the 35TDI is available in Premium Plus and Technology trim too. What is nice is that even the Premium variants get much wanted goodies like a panoramic sunroof and electrically adjustable front seats. The Premium Plus trim doesn’t get more features but adds in richer aluminium-look inlays. The top-spec Technology variant is pricey but your money does get you paddle shifters, SD card-based navigation, a reverse camera and a colour multi-info display in the instruments binnacle among other features.

The Q3 runs Audi’s MMI infotainment system. It is easy enough to use but the interface doesn’t look as slick as that in the newer Audis and there’s no Android Auto or Apple CarPlay support either. To know more info on Audi Q3 check Kmindia

Audi Q3 Engine

The 2018 Audi Q3 35 TDI continues to draw power from the same 2.0-litre diesel motor that produces 181 HP of power from 3500-4000 RPM and 380 Nm of torque from 1750-3000 RPM. Featuring Audi’s quattro system, the powerplant comes mated to a 7-speed S-Tronic automatic transmission. This oil-burner is supremely refined with good NVH levels but initially, there is some turbo lag. Step on the gas and once past the turbo lag, the engine pulls cleanly and shows off its strong performer characteristics. The gearbox is quick in its responses but sometimes at low speeds the tranny tends to get a bit confused.

The Audi sprints from 0-100 km/hr in a claimed 7.9 seconds while returning an average fuel efficiency of 11-12 km/l. The ARAI-claimed figure is 15.17 km/l. The vehicle comes with Audi’s Drive Select which offers 4 driving modes – Comfort, Dynamic, Individual and Off-Road mode. The modes alter the driving experience and Dynamic makes the car feel very responsive while in Comfort it drives in a relaxed manner. Off-Road is good in well, off-road conditions and it is a pretty capable car.

Audi Q3 Riding

The driving dynamics of the Q3 was certainly one of the best in its segment and it continues to remain the same. The paddle shifts enhance the driving pleasure. The ride is pliant enough and it never feels too stiff or too soft. Audi has been offering the Rough Road package on the Q3. With quattro, the chances to lose grip are also minimal.

Audi Q3 Safety

Audi Q3 is equipped with plenty of braking and safety features for driving control and passenger protection. The primary braking of the wheels is operated by the Ventilated Disc front and Solid disc rear brakes. Moreover, this luxury compact SUV is also equipped with advanced braking features like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Electric Braking System (EBS), Traction Control and Electronic Stability Programme.

Furthermore, for the first time, the Q3 compact SUV comes equipped by a Hill Decent Control for additional control while driving on terrain conditions. For passenger care and car security, it also comes loaded with features such as Airbags (Driver frontal airbag, Driver side airbag, Front passenger frontal airbag, Front passenger head airbag, Front passenger side airbag and Rear passenger side airbags), Child proof locks, 3-point inertia-reel seat belts for all seats, Seat belt reminder and Side-on collision protection.

Audi Q3 Price in Hyderabad

Audi Q3 On Road Price is 41,95,497/- and Ex-showroom Price is 34,73,000/- in Hyderabad. Audi Q3 comes in 6 colours, namely Utopia Blue,Mythos Black,Tundra Brown,Florett Silver,Cortinia White,Misano Red. Audi Q3 comes with FWD with 1395 CC Displacement and 4 Cylinders with Maximum Power 148 bhp@5000-6000 rpm and Peak Torque 250 Nm@1500-3500 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at 8.9 seconds . Audi Q3 comes with Automatic Transmission with FWD .Check Audi Q3 price in Hyderabad at Autozhop.

Audi Q3 Verdict

Many will argue that for the price of an Audi Q3 you could get yourself a larger, more hardcore SUV. But if it’s a small luxury SUV that you desire, the Q3 is a great buy. Sure, it’s not as spacious or involving to drive as the new BMW X1 or as eye-catching as the Mercedes-Benz GLA but seen as a whole, the Q3 is a very well-rounded package. It looks smart, feels premium and performs well in both petrol and diesel guises. Really, what’s not to like?

The Q3 always was a worthy entry point to Audi’s SUV line-up. The updated Audi Q3 keeps the flag flying high.

Defusing A Social Media Crises

SEO HYDERABAD

Many of us make controversial posts on social media once in a while. Sometimes, we may get away with it, but other times, we may have a real social media crisis on our hands.

The post starts to fill up with plenty of negative comments. Deleting it may not be a good idea, because you will lose the chance to explain yourself. Negative comments will spread and contaminate other posts. For more details Visit SEO Agency London.

If you are selling products, controversial posts will only taint your brand. If someone is provoked by your post, he/she will share it to dozens of friends and that person will add an unflattering opinion on top of the shared post and this could become a negative viral marketing headache for your brand.

What to Do

This situation can be quite upsetting, because social media is supposed to be about having good relationships with other people. Your first step is to delete all profane and spam comments.

You need to focus on people who have relevant concerns about your post. Facebook may be the biggest social media platform on the planet, but it consists of many smaller, close-knit communities. If you are facing a crisis, you need to prepare the best arguments to deal with the responses. For Digital Marketing Company Check Vivid Digital

Words will quickly spread through the community, so you need to quickly handle the situation. There will be a barrage of counter-arguments from multiple people. You should answer them all with a single comment and you need to cover all of the most important points.

It is important to respond quickly and you may need to apologize if you said something wrong. If you fail to react in a timely basis, you will lose your credibility. Defusing a social media crisis will be time consuming and exhausting, but it is essential.

Acknowledge and Apologize

Rather than being stubborn, it is often better to acknowledge your mistake and apologize. You may still lose some of the trust and credibility, but at least, you are not making things worse by typing controversial follow-up replies.

You need to show a sense of urgency that you want to defuse the situation and proactively resolve your problems. Some people may become your new haters, but this is a consequence that you will have to deal with. To know more information on SEO Services check Rbts

It is clear that having a social media crisis can be quite damaging to your online credibility. So, it is important to think carefully before making a new post or comment. You should see things from others’ perspectives and make sure that you won’t offend them.

5 Reasons You Should Never Buy Facebook Fans

SEO HYDERABAD

The number of fans a business has on social media is often considered an indicator for that business’ reputation. As a result, businesses are looking to get more LinkedIn connections, YouTube subscribers and Facebook fans.

Big companies may spend a lot of money to get as many Facebook fans as possible, even if those fans aren’t real. But having fake fans can bring bad things to your social media performance and your business’ reputation. For Best web design company in Hyderabad visit Vivid Design Consultants.

Here are 5 Reasons You Should Never Buy Facebook Fans are as follows :

1. Quality is more important:

There’s no point buying 100,000 fans if very few of them genuinely want to interact with your brand. People who sincerely want to be your fans will be far more receptive to your products and marketing messages.

People should read your new posts and eventually buy your products.

2. No lasting effect on credibility:

Credibility is something that you need to earn through long-term exposure and hard work. People don’t just look at the number of your Facebook fans, but also whether you are providing something meaningful.

If the majority of your posts don’t have high quality content, people will think twice about becoming your fans. You can’t expect people to interact further or even buy your products if you don’t appear to be genuinely credible. For Digital Marketing Company in Hyderabad visit Vivid Digital

3. Fake fans don’t interact:

People want to interact with others when they use Facebook, but unfortunately fake fans don’t talk. If you have many thousands of fans, but they are all quiet, this will make your brand look bad.

It will appear as if people have already lost interest in your products and brands. Facebook regularly updates its algorithm and a lack of interaction on your wall is quite suspicious.

4. Fake fans mess with future success:

Real life fans are essential for social media success and sales. Fake fans dilute the accuracy of your market research because you don’t know what real customers want.

Their behaviors and interactions will be vastly different from your target audience. Fake fans are like a dense smokescreen that obscures your view on the market.

5. Fake fans are potentially harmful:

Fake Facebook fans can be real people who have zero interest in your products. It is particularly bad for your brand if your fake fans are bots. They can be programmed to spam your posts with ads of competing products. For more info on SEO Services visit Ibin

H-1B Visa 2020 Masters Cap/Quota

UT Evaluators

Based on the guidelines set by USCIS, 20,000 petitions are exempt from the H-1B cap for beneficiaries who have earned a U.S. master’s degree or higher. This is what’s referred to as the advanced degree exemption.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: H1B 2019-2020 Master’s Quota Lottery Reordering

We are going to discuss some changes that are in the works for the H-1B visa cap this year and in years to come. On January 30, 2019, the DHS announced a final rule, which makes two significant changes to the H-1B visa lottery process. The final rule will become effective on April 1, 2019. For H1B Visa Process Visit UT Evaluators

(1) New Master’s Cap Order

Under guidance from the Buy American and Hire American executive order, the USCIS is in the process of implementing some changes to the H-1B process to give preference and priority to highly-skilled and highly-paid workers. One such change involves the order in which the lotteries take place.

As we stated earlier, the USCIS has, in years past, conducted the master’s lottery first, then entered the unselected petitions into the regular cap. This proposed change involves a complete reversal of that order. Instead, the regular lottery will be conducted first, including all cap-subject petitions. Then, all unselected master’s petitions will be entered into the master’s lottery.

The USCIS is anticipating that this will increase the chances of master’s petitions being selected by 16%. Here is how that works.

Previously, the master’s cap would be conducted first, meaning that all cap-subject master’s petitions would be entered into the master’s lottery. If your petition was not selected, then it would be entered into the regular cap to compete with tens of thousands of petitions.

Under this new rule, the regular cap would be conducted first. Because it includes all cap-subject petitions (including master’s petitions), some master’s petitions will inevitably be selected in the regular cap without ever entering the master’s lottery. After that, all unselected master’s petitions will be entered into the master’s lottery, which will be smaller than it would be under the normal order since some master’s petitions have already been selected, shrinking the pool of potential petitions. Per DHS Final rule, this new policy will be in effect for H1B cap 2019-2020 season, starting April 1, 2019.

(2) Online Pre-registration

The USCIS is in the process of building and testing an online pre-registration system to make the H-1B lottery a more manageable process. Rather than submit a petition to enter a beneficiary into the lottery, employers will register their beneficiary with the USCIS database before the start of the filing window. To know more details on H1B Visa  check Trauma2011

Petitions will still be used, but only once a beneficiary has been selected in the lottery. However, the electronic registration requirement will be suspended for the fiscal year (FY) 2019-2020 H1B cap season. Here is how this system is expected to work in the future:

A. Employers will pre-register their alien workers with the USCIS several weeks before April 1st (they will announce the exact times if this rule is implemented this year). This will involve inputting the information about the workers into the database.

B. The USCIS will conduct the lottery and choose the beneficiaries that will go onto processing (still 65,000 for the regular cap and 20,000 for the master’s cap).

C. The employers of those that were selected will then file their petitions with the USCIS for processing along with the appropriate filing fees and supporting documents.

D. If the petition is approved, then the H-1B visa will be issued and the beneficiary’s start date will be October 1st of that same year.

Therefore, employers wishing to file petitions for H-1B workers would no longer need to file petitions in order to enter the cap. The USCIS states that this new system will help them expedite the H-1B process and avoid having to handle and sift through hundreds of thousands of petitions. This also prevents them from having to return the packets and fees to all unselected petitioners.

The USCIS memo states that this registration system is still being tested, and will not completed in time for the 2020 filing season. The USCIS also reserves the right to suspend the registration system any year that they encounter technical difficulties. Check back with this post later on to see what the status is on the new system.

Jaguar XE Hatchback First Drive Review

Jaguar XE Test Drive

Jaguar XE Overview

Jaguars are known for their opulence, besides a great deal of sportiness. So when Jaguar introduced their smallest cat yet, it had big shoes to fill, especially with its bigger brothers being the XJ and the F-Type. And it did that quite well with the powerful 2.0-litre petrol engine that it was launched with. And now a diesel mill has also hit the roads, the Ingenium 2.0-litre, that will ring in the numbers for Jaguar because of its economies. So, we head out in the baby Jag, the top-spec Portfolio trim at that, to find out if it turns out to be a real ‘Jaguar’.

Jaguar XE Style

Jaguar XE has an agile look and is designed to make it a head turner when it is driven on the road. Jaguar XE features include a length of 4795mm and a width of 2075mm and come with body colored bumpers. The engine grill has a beautiful perforated design that is bordered with a chromium strip and the logo of the company inscribed in the middle. The headlight cluster is big and powerful and are equipped with halogen lamps for the Pure trim whereas, the Portfolio trim is equipped with bi-functional HID Xenon headlamps along with headlamp power wash function. To cool the powerful engine quickly, it has a big black color perforated air dam along with two black color air vents to dry the brakes.

Looking at its side profile, you will notice silver encrusted air vents, body colored ORVM caps (with integrated turn lamps) and door handles along with uniquely designed fenders, which houses 17-inch silver alloy rims mounted by tubeless radial tyres. The rear profile of this car reinforces the athletic look of its front. Jaguar XE Colors available in the market include, Ebony Black and Polaris White. If you want more variety, then you have to pay for some other colors like Ammonite Grey, Blue Fire, British Racing Green, Dark Sapphire Metallic, Glacier White, Italian racing Red, Odyssey Red, Osmium Blue, Quartzite, Rhodium Silver, Ultimate Black, Black Cherry, Celestial Black, Ingot, Storm Grey, and Tempest Grey.

Jaguar XE Space

Given that one of the XE’s main selling points is looks, it does not disappoint in the cabin. You get a speedboat style cowl running across both ends of the dashboard while the beige and black colour scheme present both on the upholstery and plastics does well to up the premium factor in the cabin. Of particular notice is the ‘Theater of dreams’ floating gear knob which pulsates when it rises from the dashboard as you start the car. To know more information on Jaguar XE visit Aryavarta

In terms of features you get everything that is standard in the segment like dual-zone climate control with dual rear vents, electric seats (sans lumbar support), instrument cluster with digital display cruise control and a touchscreen infotainment system with smart phone integration and downloadable apps. The infotainment system has all the requisite features to put it on par with its rivals, but still lacks the finesse of its German counterparts.

The front seats offer good bolstering and thanks to the soft leather, you can sink right in and devour the kilometres on the highway as you go along. However, the rear seats are a different story as they feel inadequate especially, for a six-footer like me – a fact enhanced by the sloping roofline that eats into the head room. In fact, a larger person would have to angle their head in an odd way during ingress and egress to get around lack of head space.

Jaguar XE Performance

Let us talk about performance now. Jaguars are meant to be leaping forward and also be agile and the XE does that quite well thanks to the robust diesel mill. The engine in question here is the Ingenium 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel four-banger that pumps out 177bhp of power. And it is the whopping 430Nm of torque and the eight-speed gearbox that create all the magic. With the torque kicking in from as low as 1700rpm, the engine revs cleanly to over 5000rpm with the horsepower taking over the proceedings as we move up. Check car loan for Jaguar XE.

It comes with three driving modes – snow, economy and dynamic apart from the standard normal mode to suit different driving conditions and situations. In Eco mode, the gearbox upshifts quickly to the next gear, so much so that the engine revs well below 2000rpm when you have already crossed 100kmph on the speedo. Being a torque converter, you have enough go from lower revs, and once the turbo spools up, the ZF gearbox works smartly to keep the engine in the meat as far as possible. In Sport mode, the gearbox holds on to the revs even at the red-line and the gearbox responds faster when you flick the paddles. Snow mode restricts torque to avoid wheel-spin, something that would be a rare occurrence given the Indian climate.

So, with the meaty engine and the gearbox working well in tandem, you are cruising in three-figures effortlessly. The ride is pliant, soaking up almost everything. But the characteristic underlying stiffness of the suspension — designed-for-foreign-roads-and-adapted-for-India —, is evident, especially on the badly-executed concrete highways we find in India. But on tarmac, all the noise settles down for a quiet ride, bringing out the real XE.

Jaguar XE Driving

The powerful 1999 cc mill along with the 8-speed transmission gearbox gives the compact sports sedan enormous power that allows it to reach its top speed of 237 Kmph in no time. The pickup is also smooth and it crosses 100 Kmph from standstill in just 7.7 seconds. For a bump free ride, it has an advanced double wishbone suspension system for the front axle and an Independent integral link for the rear axle that keeps the car running smoothly even on uneven roads.

Jaguar XE Safety

For braking segment, Jaguar XE has powerful ventilated disc brakes for all the tyres with ABS, EBD and Brake assist. In addition, it also includes six airbags, three-point seat belts with front pyrotechnic belt tensioners and force limiters, the cornering brake control, dynamic stability as well as traction control, ISOFIX child seat mounting, run flat indicator, emergency spare wheel, and side impact protection among a host of others.

Jaguar XE Cost in Ahmedabad

Jaguar Xe On-Road Price in Ahmedabad ranges from 45,30,494 to 52,38,716 for variants XE Pure and XE Portfolio Diesel respectively. Jaguar Xe is available in 6 variants and 7 colours. Below are details of Jaguar Xe variants price in Ahmedabad. Check for Jaguar XE price in Ahmedabad at Autozhop.

Jaguar XE Conclusion

The Jaguar XE diesel actually does a pretty good job at what it is built for. It gives you a taste of the Jaguar aura of opulence and speed. It has all the bells and whistles that come standard for the segment and a cabin that reminds you of a speedboat. Add the dynamic handling of the Jaguar to the equation and top it up with the gorgeous proportions of the XE and you have a proposition that is just too attractive.

It is not that the Jaguar is unrivalled. Running interference here is the comfort-focussed Mercedes-Benz C-Class which offers a soft ride and more cabin space. The BMW 320d also works pretty well trying to find the perfect balance between ride, space and handling while the Audi A4 aims for tech and bling. So, if, making a statement and loving it is your style, the Jaguar XE is the car for you. It might not be the most spacious in its segment, nor does it have the best ride or horsepower. But then it has its own unique proposition that suits a select class of buyers who prefer a bit of style and exclusivity over downright practicality.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Facelift First Drive Review

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Test Drive

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Overview

If ever there was a car that could be labelled an ‘undisputed king’, the Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 is it.

Ever since its arrival in 2012 as a modern-day equivalent of the original 800, this cutesy looking hatch has played the role of India’s favourite small car. However, what this also means is that the Alto 800 is nearly half a decade old now and that the small car goalposts have well and truly moved over that period. So much so that buyers now seek high-end convenience and as many features for as little outlay as possible. Keeping that in mind, Maruti Suzuki has given the Alto 800 a mild facelift, one that comes with a revised front-end look, reupholstered interior, couple of vibrant colours and most importantly, a more efficient engine. Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Style

The front fascia is where the majority of the changes have been done. Rather going for the thin chrome grille with body colored slat, the carmaker has given a solid piece of plastic that neatly flows between the headlights and the airdam. Due to the updated front, the car looks wider in proportion. The headlamps cluster now features amber-colored housing for the turn indicators. The automaker has included fog lamps which were not there in the earlier model.

The side profile is similar and showcases the simple straight shoulder line. The rear end features crystal-like tail lamps and some sculpting which are carried forward from the previous model. The bumper design is also the same with the space for registration plate carved out at the bottom. Overall, there are changes at outside but to find out what’s everything new, you need to be an Alto fan.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Space

One needs to bend quite a bit to get into the Alto, but once seated, you’ll appreciate how engineers liberated a decent amount of cabin space from the tight exterior dimensions. Visibility from the driver’s seat is good but the window line at the shoulder point could have been lower. Though, the Alto 800 does feel bare-basic and built to a price point, the build quality throughout the cabin is consistent. There’s space for all your knick-knacks in the centre console and it even accommodates a one-litre bottle. However, the door pads are good for documents or other slim accessories only.

On the plus side, Maruti has updated the 2016 Alto 800 with fresh fabric schemes and a new rear head-rest design. While the front seats do offer a firm and rudimentary amount of back support, they hardly propose any thigh and lateral support, and are also totally flat and devoid of any contours. The crouching position, with the low seat and high floor line can get tiring over long drives. It is the same story with the rear seats too and there’s just the elementary amount of cushioning, headroom and legroom to get the commute done with. Three adult passengers should be a tight fit here.

Variants offered by Maruti Suzuki on the Alto 800 2016 version are Std, LX, LXi and VXi. Each of these variants is now also available with an ‘O’ version, which adds a driver airbag as an extra safety feature. On the whole, features that now make to the Alto 800 2016 model are the integrated music system with two front speakers, aux and USB, an accessory socket, rear parcel tray, rear console bottle holder, remote keyless entry, driver airbag in all ‘O’ versions, and a rear door child lock. Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Performance

The 796cc petrol motor and 5-speed manual gearbox from the old car have been reserved for the facelifted model. This is the same 3-cylinder unit that’s been around for many years and in its latest application, puts out 47bhp at 6,000rpm and 69Nm of torque at 3,500rpm. That doesn’t translate into a rapid, tyre-smoking small car by any means, but the combination fares well where it matters i.e. the daily grind.

There’s considerable torque low down the rev range, so driving in stop/start traffic or overtaking within city limits is not an issue unless the car is fully loaded. The engine is not only suitably torquey in low and mid-range but also very refined – it’s comparatively less noisy under heavy acceleration than the Kwid or the Redi-Go. In fact, the Alto 800’s upper hand in performance was apparent during our small car shootout wherein it was noticeably quicker than the Kwid and the Eon, hitting the 0-100kmph mark in 17.09 seconds and taking just 13.30 seconds in 20-80kmph roll-on in third gear.

For a micro runabout, the electrically-assisted steering is a bit heavy but there’s a lot of feedback to be had. The Alto 800 handles really well for a budget small car, with the steering being decently responsive. As expected, the car requires small yet constant corrections to keep straight at highway speeds but for the most part, the steering is swift enough to feel agile and nicely weighted for that all-important reassuring feel behind the wheel. As for the ride quality, the facelifted model feels just like old car. What this means is that you get a very flat low-speed ride with minimum vertical movements over poor stretches. Make no mistake, the Alto 800 is stiffly sprung and as you up the pace you can sense sharp jolts over bumpy roads.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Driving

Maruti’s Alto 800 also rolls quite a bit, and the slim tyres don’t really inspire a whole lot of confidence in one. That aside, the brakes are adequate to get the job done at reasonable speeds with an appropriate amount of feedback. At slower speeds, the ride quality with its stiff suspension setup translates into a lot of vertical movement over undulations, and bumps can be felt and heard with a jerk. Increase the speed and the car tends to ride flatter over slight undulations, but any bumps or potholes can be felt in the cabin with some uncomfortable vertical movement. In fact, driving over a series of small speed breakers (rumblers) without slowing down can get the car displaced from the intended line of motion, and needs extra caution.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Safety

The braking responsibilities of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 are well taken care of by disc brakes in the front and drum brakes at the rear. The safety features of the car include 2 airbags for the driver and co-driver. What comes as standard is the ABS with EBD, engine immobiliser, speed alert system, headlight levelling, high mounted stop lamp, speed belt reminder and reverse parking sensors. The all-new Alto 800 is offering tubeless tyres for maximum protection on any type of road. The front wipers and washer are 2 speed and intermittent for front mirror cleansing. The car also features RR seatbelts ELR type for better safety.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 On-Road Price in Ahmedabad ranges from 3,04,978 to 4,42,867 for variants Alto 800 Standard and Alto 800 LXI CNG Optional respectively. Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Conclusion

There’s not much persuasion needed to convince one that this segment now looks fresh thanks to the Renault Kwid and Datsun’s Redigo. Of course, Maruti’s little update job on this car may have just earned it some more time on the buyers list. However, our market is now all the more ready for products like the Kwid and Redigo, as they tick off the aspirational and emotional quotient within one. Nevertheless, the Alto 800 is a tried and tested package, with bullet-proof reliability and a predictably wide service network. But, will this be enough to retain customers or loyalists? Only time can tell.

Maruti Alto 800 is offered in 4 variants they are STD, LX, LXI, and VXI. Taking a quick glance at the pricing, its base variant is priced at Rs. 2.51 Lakh, LX trim is tagged at Rs. 2.83 Lakh while the top spec CNG LXI optional is available at the price tag of Rs. 3.78 lakh. Its mid-range, as well as the top selling variant LXI, is tagged at Rs. 3.09 lakh, all prices ex-showroom, Delhi. Maruti 800 competes against the entry-level hatchbacks including Hyundai Eon, Renault Kwid, and Datsun Redi-GO.
