What Are Options In Case Work Visa Petition Is Denied By USCIS?

H1B visa sponsorship jobs

An unfortunate fact about the current H-1B climate is the historically high request for evidence (“RFE”) and denial rates for H-1B petitions. Government data and research by many organizations (see National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP) analysis) have shown historically high H-1B denial rates – with some first-time H-1B petitions having a denial rate of 32% compared to 6% just four years ago.

This article seeks to outline practical options and strategies for dealing with an H-1B denial and highlight the different strategies and options between cap denials and all other H-1B denials.

Understanding the Reason for Denial and Beneficiary Status Options

One of the first key steps following an H-1B denial is to understand the exact reason for the denial. USCIS adjudicators rely on boilerplate denial templates; unfortunately, and especially over recent months, adjudicators have started to issue denial decisions with little or no explanation as to the exact and specific reasons for a denial. In practical terms, a denial letter can be several pages long, with 99% of it being standard boilerplate language, including elaborate references to case precedent, but with only sentence or two of actual case-specific language.

The result is that petitioners and their attorneys are often left making educated guesses as to what may be the exact reason for a denial based on reviewing the initial filing and any RFE responses. For more information on h1b sponsorship check Orphosys Corp.

Among the more common denial reasons are specialty occupation (see our alert on this topic), end client documentation including right of control and/or availability of work at the end client worksite, and educational qualifications of the beneficiary including non-accredited/for-profit universities.

Another key aspect to analyze immediately after a denial (ideally this should have been considered prior to a denial being issued) is the beneficiary’s status options for those who are in the U.S. H-1B beneficiaries applying for their first H-1B under the annual “cap” are often on F-1 student, L-1 or L-2/H-4 dependent status and may be able to independently continue to remain in the U.S. despite the denial but some may require immediate steps such as status extensions or similar. See our article on alternative H-1B visa options.

Important Reminders about “Appeal”

We use the term “appeal” in the context of H-1B petitions to mean filing an I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion, seeking a Motion to Reopen or a Motion to Reconsider (“MTR”) a denial decision by USCIS. Most often this is the next step to be followed following an H-1B petition denial and the term “appeal” used in this article refers to the I-290B process.

Filing of an MTR appeal does not grant status or otherwise keep the H-1B “pending” while the appeal is pending. Only if the appeal is successful and the MTR approved (denial reversed, H-1B petition approved), then the H-1B beneficiary gets status approval often with the validity dates noted in the actual H-1B petition.

Also, an MTR appeal must be filed within 33 days of the denial decision (or 30 days if denial decision received by fax or email). This makes for a very time-sensitive process especially since an MTR appeal should ideally include a substantial brief to outline in detail why USCIS was wrong in denying the case or to provide new facts or information.

H-1B Cap Petitions – Appeal Only Choice

For denied H-1B cap petitions filing an “appeal” is the only choice (other than giving up and possibly waiting until the next H-1B cap “season”) assuming the H-1B cap has been reached and closed for the fiscal year (which has been the case for the previous many years).

When we counsel H-1B employers who have received a cap denial, after having analyzed the reasons for denial, we often emphasize that an appeal is the only viable option to try to get an H-1B cap petition approved within several months.

The alternative to wait until the following April to file a new H-1 cap petition, take chances under the random lottery and then hope for an approval with a start date of the following October 1st – this means having to wait 12, perhaps more, months for a chance for an H-1B approval.

H-1B Extensions, Amendments or Transfers – Appeal vs. Refiling

H-1B petitions seeking extension, amendment or transfer certainly can and should consider filing an appeal. But in many cases there may be a faster alternative to resolving the problem caused by the denial.

In the vast majority of cases, the H-1B beneficiary has already been counted under the H-1B cap in the past and is, therefore, cap-exempt for subsequent filings. This means that as an alternative (or in addition) to filing an appeal, the H-1B petitioner (or another employer) can consider re-submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS.

As a general matter, the fact that USCIS has denied a petition does not necessarily mean that they will deny a subsequent petition by the same employer for the same beneficiary and for the same position. Unfortunately, adjudicators vary in their (often subjective) reading of a case and a refilling should ideally be supported by more extensive, new, better prepared or presented or otherwise improved documentation.

A refilling of an H-1B petition is a substantially faster way to get a decision by USCIS compared to an appeal. An MTR appeal can take easily between 3-6 and sometimes upward to 12 months while a refilling of an H-1B petition can take 15 days for a decision when premium processing is elected and paid for.To know more details on  jobs for h1b visa holders visit Planetm

We understand that it is tempting to appeal a case where there is a clear government error, but in terms of solving the immediate problem and getting the H-1B petition approved, a refilling is often the faster way.

In some cases a denial decision leaves the H-1B beneficiary without status – for example, H-1B extension where the denial is issued after the beneficiary’s petition and I-94 have expired. In such cases it is possible to refile a petition and ask the government to issue an approval with retroactive effective date (nunc pro tunc) which, if successful, would put an H-1B worker back in status.

This works best for refilings done as result of extension with the same employer but it is also doable for H-1B transfer as well . This approach allows the possibility of “fixing” an H-1B worker’s status without having to leave the U.S. but it has to be done quickly and very carefully to avoid issues such as overstaying I-94 (unlawful presence of more than 180 days means ban on entering the U.S.). Please see our article on this topic for more details.

Mechanics, Timeline and Chances of an “Appeal”

As noted above, the MTR appeal must be filed very soon after USCIS issues a denial – often within 30 or 33 days after the denial decision. The MTR filing requires Form I-290B together with fee and should be ideally accompanied by a legal brief.

A motion to reconsider must state new facts to be supported by documentation and a motion to reopen must state specifically the reasons for reconsideration and be supported by relevant legal precedent decisions to establish that USCIS was wrong.

As a result, an appeal must specifically address either or both of these points and provide clear explanations as to the new facts or the misapplication of the law. Not doing so will cause the MTR appeal to be simply denied as not meeting the MTR requirements. This makes it important to include a legal brief specifically explaining how and why the denial was incorrect.

Once the MTR appeal is filed, the case is eventually transferred to the service center which issued the denial decision and the appeal is often reviewed by the same officer (or unit) which issued the denial in the first place.

As a result, it is important to prepare the MTR appeal in the best possible way in order to change the adjudicator’s mind and to convince them that they were wrong. This is often a fairly high bar.

Our recent experience indicates that an MTR appeal takes 3-6 and sometimes up to 12 months to get a decision from USCIS. As noted earlier in this article, the filing of MTR appeal does not normally grant status or continuing work authorization (as if H-1B is pending) while the MTR appeal is pending so employers and beneficiaries should understand that.

Only in the event the MTR appeal is successful and the H-1B petition granted, then the candidate would normally be granted status for the term requested in the H-1B petition.

Our clients always ask us what are the chances of success during MTR appeal. Unfortunately, this is an extremely case-specific question and even then, it is hard to predict whether the USCIS adjudicator will change their mind.

However, by the time an H-1B denial is issued, there is often substantial case documentation on record (H-1B petition, RFE notice, RFE response, denial decision) and we are generally able to identify and focus on the key factors for approval.

No-obligation Quote and Case Analysis

We have been very deeply involved in H-1B petitions and especially we have been paying very close attention to H-1B denials over the last 12-24 months, as specialty occupation and third-party end client denials have skyrocketed and, having handled hundreds of such cases, we feel that we have been able to understand the facts and documents USCIS adjudicators expect to see in order to issue an approval.

Our office will be happy to provide consultations or assistance with putting together an MTR appeal. If you would like to schedule a consultation with an attorney to discuss a specific case (but perhaps without engaging us to help with an appeal), we offer phone consultations.

We are also happy and available to assist with a more comprehensive MTR appeal filing and representation. Please feel free to complete this MTR appeal inquiry form and we will be happy to provide thoughts and, if applicable, a quote for our legal assistance.

Final Thought

The dramatic increase in denial rates for H-1B petitions without substantive change in the rules and regulations means that there are many (thousands) of H-1B denial decisions which are incorrect and can or should be appealed.

The suitability of an MTR appeal varies between types of cases and personal situations but we have found that many employers (especially for cap cases) should at least evaluate and consider the MTR appeal option.

Our office will continue monitoring related developments and provide updates. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any help in preparing or otherwise assisting with H-1B petitions including MTR appeals. Also, please feel free to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter to obtain developments on this and related topics.

Datsun redi GO Hatchback First Look Review

Aryavarta

Datsun redi GO Overview

Datsun India has updated its entry-level redi-GO hatchback with additional features for the model year 2019. The updated redi-GO is priced at a premium of about ₹ 7000 over the current version that starts at ₹ 2.68 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The new model adds both safety and convenience features without any changes to the mechanicals. The 2019 Datsun redi-GO gets ABS across all variants, while the driver side airbag is offered only on the range-topping trim. Expect the driver side airbag to be made standard soon though, while features like seatbelt reminder, high-speed warning and rear parking sensors could be added soon.

The 2019 Datsun redi-GO’s lower trims – T, T(O) and S – get central locking with remote lock, while the A variant gets power steering. Mechanically, the car remains unchanged and is offered with the 0.8-litre petrol engine that churns out 53 bhp and 72 Nm of peak torque, while paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. There’s also the 1.0-litre petrol motor on offer with 67 bhp and 91 Nm of peak torque, which is paired with a 5-speed manual and AMT unit.

Apart from redi-GO, the Renault Kwid is the only model in this segment to get ABS as a standard feature. Both cars are underpinned by the same CMF-A platform and produced at the Renault-Nissan manufacturing facility in Oragadam, near Chennai. The Maruti Suzuki Alto is the best-seller in this space but only gets ABS in the top trims. That said, the next generation Alto that is due to arrive in 2020 is likely to get the safety feature and more as standard across all trims. check Datsun redi GO price in Hyderabad at Tryaldrive.

Datsun redi GO Style

Visually, there are no changes made to the car, not even a badging that differentiates the manual version from the AMT. The equipment list also remains unchanged and there no exterior additions what so ever. It is based on the T(O) and S variant of the redi-GO, so you get all the top-end feature like the hexagonal grille with chrome surround, sweptback headlamps with integrated turn lights, LED daytime running light on the bumper, wheel cover, and body coloured bumpers and door handles. In fact, dimensionally the car remains unchanged so you still get the segment best and ground clearance of 185 mm, along with a total length of 3429 mm, a width of 1560 mm, and height of 1541 mm.

Datsun redi GO Space

First impressions as you step into the cabin are pretty good. The high seats, combined with the expansive glass areas make the cabin airy. The dashboard is well designed, the plastics around the cabin are textured and the steering and gear-lever feel good to hold.

There’s a fixed air-con vent which sits atop of the central console and channels air to the rear. The adjustable AC vents on the driver and passenger side are similar to those seen on other Datsun cars. The audio system, unfortunately, isn’t a touchscreen unit like on the Renault Kwid. Instead, you get a CD and MP3 player, aux-in and USB connectivity, but there’s no Bluetooth. The instrument panel is the same unit as on its larger siblings, the Go and Go+, which includes a speedometer combined with a small orange digital display for the tachometer and trip computer which displays average mileage, fuel level, distance-to- empty and comes with a gear-shift indicator too.

In terms of storage spaces, there’s a large shelf on the passenger side, a roomy cubbyhole below the air-con controls and a smaller cubbyhole to the right of the steering wheel. You also get a cup-holder and a large bottle-holder in front of the gear lever and a flat tray under the handbrake. However, storage space in the door pockets is minimal and the glovebox is only large enough for the car’s papers and perhaps a few toll receipts. To know more importance on Datsun redi GO visit Ubvvn

The small rear windscreen is also likely to create a blind spot while reversing. Datsun also claims that the Redigo comes with the best-in- class rear space and it just might be right. While knee-room is more than sufficient, the headroom is fantastic. The high ground clearance also makes getting in and out of the cabin easy while the seats, though a bit upright, are comfortable too. However, the relatively narrow width of the car makes three abreast seating a tight affair.

The Redigo gets a 222-litre boot, which isn’t the best in its segment, but is adequate. However, its high and narrow opening makes loading luggage into the boot quite a chore. There’s a plastic parcel tray, which adds a measure of convenience to the cabin. Unfortunately, it is obtrusively bolted to a supporting frame, which restricts flexibility.

Datsun redi GO Performance

For starters, Datsun has named its AMT unit ‘Smart Drive Auto’, unlike the Kwid AMT which gets Renault’s Easy-R system, but the differences are not just limited to the name. The biggest difference is that the redi-GO gets a conventional shifter. So there’s a lever instead of the rotary dial. Another key difference is the manual model, which will particularly come in handy when you want to overtake someone, or trying to go up-hill. This was one function that went missing in the Kwid. Lastly, unlike the Kwid AMT, the redi-GO’s AMT unit also gets the ‘creep’ function, which allows the car to cruise at low speeds of 5-6 kmph without you having to depress the accelerator, a smart feature to have in bumper to bumper traffic, in our opinion. In fact, Datsun has also given this a fancy name, and it calls it the ‘Rush Hour Mode’.

The Datsun redi-GO AMT gets the same 999 cc, three-cylinder petrol engine with Datsun’s i-SAT or Intelligent Spark Automated Technology. Power and torque figures also remain unchanged at 67 bhp and 91 Nm respectively. In fact, the car has been really well received in India, and Datsun says that over 30 per cent of the redi-GO sales come from the 1.0L model. Now, when we reviewed the manual version of the car, we had mentioned that the gearshifts are not seamless and lack feedback, sadly Datsun hasn’t addressed to those problems in the AMT version as well. In fact, we could hear gearshifts quite evidently. You can hear the engine rumble and it’s not quite above 3000 rpm, which points a finger to the NVH levels it has.

There was need of some low-end torque, but once you are above the 2nd gear, and have crossed the 4,000 rpm mark, power and torque gradually come into play and that’s when the redi-GO AMT is in its zone. It’s happy, peppy and fun. Of course, if you try and hurry and floor the accelerator, well, the AMT takes some time to respond and that’s a very noticeable lag. This is where the manual mode comes in handy. Shift the lever to the left and now you can toggle it up and down to downshift and upshift. In the manual mode, the car feels a little more responsive and allows you to manoeuvre more quickly. Also, if you are not in the right gear you’ll hear a continuous beeping sound with an indication on the instrument cluster.

Datsun redi GO Driving

The ride and handling of the car hasn’t changed compared to the redi-GO 1.0L manual version. The suspension is still a bit on the stiffer side, so you do feel the undulation on the road and the small thuds can be heard inside the cabin. The steering is light and it helps in city traffic conditions but doesn’t impart a lot of confidence when you are on the highway doing high speeds. The shorter turning radius is a big help when it comes to taking tight turns within the city and around traffic and just helps you squeeze out of the small alleys. You also sit tall inside the redi-GO which offers a good field of view when you are driving and even the brakes are pretty good and offer enough bite and stopping power.

Datsun redi GO Safety

The top-end variant of New Datsun Redi-GO features driver side airbags as well, which makes for a very good offer in this segment. Along with this, the car gets disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear to give the driver a confident drive. As for safety, an optional driver-side airbag will be offered on the top-spec Redigo, but there will be no ABS. Also note that rear passengers only get static seatbelts, which need to be manually adjusted. Up front, the skinny seats are reasonably comfortable, and offer the driver and the front passenger a good view out. The front seats are not adjustable for height and neither is the steering for rake or reach.

Datsun redi GO Cost in Hyderabad

Datsun Redi GO On Road Price is 3,10,561/- and Ex-showroom Price is 2,58,300/- in Hyderabad. Datsun Redi GO comes in 8 colours, namely Red Sport,Lime,White,Grey,Grey Gold,Ruby,Silver,Silver Gold. Datsun Redi GO comes with FWD with 799 CC Displacement and 3 Cylinders with Maximum Power 53 bhp@5678 rpm and Peak Torque 72 Nm@4386 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at N/A . Datsun Redi GO comes with Manual Transmission with FWD .

Datsun redi GO Conclusion

We think that 2016 Datsun Redi-GO has the potential to challenge the competitors but the maintenance costs can pose a challenge. The car looks smart and different with its “tall boy” design, and is comfortable on the inside in the front seats. Let’s keep an eye on how far this takes the Datsun Redi-GO.New Datsun Redi-GO competes with the likes of Maruti Alto 800, Hyundai Eon, Renault Kwid, etc. The Datsun car is lighter and powerful than the others but in terms of features, Renault Kwid takes the cake. In terms of performance and maintenance, however, Maruti Alto 800 has been the undisputed champion. We hope to see a stir in the numbers.

The School Evaluation Process

UT Evaluators

Understanding the process helps you and your child be prepared for an evaluation. Both of you can feel more relaxed and confident knowing what to expect.

If your child is having more than one type of evaluation, do your best to get familiar with how each evaluation will work.

A. Get basic information on how the school evaluation process works.

If your marketing isn’t working, it might be time to change things up. That’s where this article is going to help you out. Below you’ll find 8 ideas that you can use to market your online store.

Toyota Etios Conclusion

Toyota Platinum Etios is a compact sedan that packs a punch with its stunning looks and an incredible mileage. Toyota has been renowned in the world for its continuous innovation and impeccable quality standards. In 2010, Toyota entered in the budget segment in India with Platinum Etios. Indian consumers are very sensitive towards price and more so in this segment. The Japanese automaker has entered the segment post a highly intensive market research. Some consumers may feel that the Platinum Etios is not up to the standards in terms of the interiors that they associate with the brand, thus causing some disappointment. The problem of engine vibration associated with a diesel engine has been taken care of by especially focusing on lowering in-cabin noise. Toyota has packed its Platinum Etios with a proper Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) package. The work includes a switch from rubber engine mounted to the more refined, sound-absorbing hydraulic mounts.

The silencer has been modified for better NVH and the damper settings have been fine tuned to take some of the noise out of the suspension. This is a perfect example of how the brand continuously innovates and takes care of the lacunae if any. This is what people expect from the brand and more often than not, Toyota does its bit to not let consumers down. Platinum Etios has the most powerful engine in its category which keeps the consumers satisfied; the only suggestion being that Toyota needs to tweak certain issues as per the Indian road conditions. Due to their excellent research before the launch,

Toyota has kept the price in the reasonable bracket and this has lured the Indian consumers significantly. Etios has one of the highest mileage numbers in its segment and this is yet another strong point for the sedan. Indian mindset of focusing more on the driving expenditure is taken care of by the high mileage and low maintenance cost of Etios. Overall, it’s a good car to buy with consumers having enough confidence in the brand’s credo of continuous innovation to resolve the usual problems faced by the buyers.

Mercedes Benz A Class Review & Test Drive

Aryavarta

Mercedes Benz A Class Overview

Mercedes’ affordably priced A-Class hatchback has been on fore luring luxury enthusiasts to own the star badged hatch. Launching A-Class came across as a smart move from Mercedes Benz India which was earlier confined to bringing highly priced premium cars (saloons, coupes and SUVs). Most importantly, the company’s portfolio lacked a hatchback in a market where hatches are the core of auto cos’ line-up. Agreed that premium brands did not peek into this segment, but with the launch of competitively priced vehicles by German counter parts, Mercedes decided to dive into the ‘rightly priced’ segment which currently offers variety of body-styles

In other words, the first time luxury car buyers segment as we can call it saw Mercedes’s venture with this particular offering. In its itinerary so far, the vehicle has seen a couple of mild upgrades, the latest generation model currently being retailed saw a couple of cosmetic updates making the car look plusher. Nothing changes under the skin, hence the A-Class range continues running on the same hardware as its predecessor. Available in diesel as well as petrol engine choices, the hatch is offered in two variants only.Check for Mercedes Benz A Class price in Hyderabad at Autozhop.

Transmission duties are performed by seven-speed dual clutch gearbox, the dynamic select system enables to choose between four driving modes. Exterior and interior styling is done splendidly, as for the features aboard, Mercedes Benz packs its cars well both in terms of comfort and safety. Mercedes Benz A-Class is the most affordable vehicle in the company’s India line-up priced below B-Class. Price in India is on par with the rest of the entry level premium vehicles offered by other luxury car makers.

Mercedes Benz A Class Style

Mercedes-Benz cars are known for offering sophisticated interiors and dynamic styling, and the A-Class is not an exception. The vehicle gets a diamond grille with shiny metallic pieces, sharp headlamps with Bi-Xenon projectors, which are covered by a bold metallic rim on one side and LEDs on other side. The long bonnet with aggressive flowing lines adds to its sporty look. On sides, the aggressive character lines and strong belt line that starts from headlamps and ends just above the rear wheels further enhances the overall appeal.

The flared wheel arches have been fitted to large and light-weight, multi-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, while the wing mirrors get integrated blinkers. At the rear, the hatchback has spoiler with an in-built FM antenna and LED tail lamps. The premium hatchback is available in 10 exterior shades including Cosmos Black, Polar Silver, Canyon Beige Metallic, South Seas Blue, Monolith Grey, Cirrus White, Jupiter Red, Mountain Grey, Night Black and Universe Blue.

Mercedes Benz A Class Space

On the inside, there’s decent space in the rear by hatchback standards, although the sloping roof means the headroom is tight, and the small windows and black insides give it a cooped-up feeling. This back seat certainly won’t offer the comfort you associate with a luxury car, but then this car is meant to pander more to the driver.

The rest of the cabin is just as plush as an E-class, but feels far more modern. The SLS AMG-style triple air-con vents, the free-standing screen for the COMAND interface, the sculpted steering wheel and the chequered-design dials add to the youthful flair. The single-piece front seats are superbly snug, and the knobs, switches and stalks work precisely. The pedals are slightly offset, but this is made up for by the fantastic driving position. However, the steeply-raked windscreen and the small rear window compromise visibility, which is bothersome in traffic and when parking.

Although Mercedes has skipped on electric steering adjustment and even a powered front passenger seat, there’s still plenty of kit; our test car had Bluetooth connectivity, seven airbags, ESP, Bi-Xenon headlamps and USB connectivity. Even the massive panoramic sunroof comes as standard.

Mercedes Benz A Class Performance

Like mentioned above, the automaker has retained both the engines from the outgoing version. Its diesel versions have been fitted with a 2.2-litre power plant that has a displacement capacity of 2143cc. It is incorporated with a fourth generation common rail based direct fuel injection supply system for optimum fuel efficiency. It comprises of four cylinders and sixteen valves based on double overhead camshaft valve configuration. This motor also has a turbocharger with variable nozzle turbine that enables the motor to pump out a maximum power of 136bhp in the range of 3600 to 4400rpm and generates a commanding torque output of 300Nm between 1600 to 3000rpm. On the other hand, its petrol variant is fitted with the same 1.6-litre in-line motor that has high pressure direct fuel injection system featuring piezo injectors. This 1595cc mill can belt out a commanding power of 120.7bhp at 5000rpm that yields in a hammering torque output of 200Nm between just 1250 to 4000rpm. The transmission duties of both these power plants are handled by a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission gearbox that releases the torque output to its front wheels.

The new A Class comes with the same engine options like its outgoing model. The A 180 Sport is housed with a 1.6-litre petrol mill that is incorporated with a high pressure direct injection system featuring piezo injectors. It offers a mileage in the range of 12 to 15.5 Kmpl, which is rather good. The diesel version gets a new nomenclature with ‘A 200 d”. This version houses a 2.2-litre mill under the hood with CRDI fuel injection technology. It is capable of producing a peak mileage of 20.06 Kmpl. Its oil-burner comprises of 4-cylinders, 16-valves and is further equipped with a turbocharger. This 2143cc mill can belt out a maximum power of 136bhp that yields a hammering torque output of 300Nm. On the other hand, its petrol mill is also based on 4-cylinder configuration. This turbocharged motor has the ability to produce a peak power of 122bhp along with a mammoth torque of 200Nm.

Mercedes Benz A Class Drivng

The Mercedes A-Class has been a very good handler always and this quality remains consistent in the 2016 model too. The steering is very direct and weighs up nicely as the speed progresses. Ride quality is a bit stiff but the 16-inch wheels really help matters. The high profile rubber tackles uneven and broken tarmac without breaking a sweat and the A-Class feels easy to drive on what we call roads. Dealers do offer bigger wheels as options but that comes at the cost of ride quality. On the braking front, the hatchback performs nicely as expected and it sheds speeds without any sort of unnecessary drama.

Mercedes Benz A Class Safety

A number of safety features are available in this model, which ensures high level of protection. It has Attention Assist function that is useful to detect the drowsiness of driver especially, when it is speeding in the 80 kmph to 180 Kmph range. It comes with sensors that analyze the driving behavior and warns the driver. The active restraint system is another device that has rear doors and windows with child locking system, manually adjustable rear head restraints, seat occupancy sensor and so on. There are multiple airbags available to safeguard the occupants during critical driving conditions. Meanwhile, the tyre pressure loss warning system keeps the driver alert if, there is a loss in tyre pressure. Not only it monitors the rotational speed of individual wheels but also identifies the tyre pressure loss.Check car loan for Mercedes Benz A Class at Fincarz.

The hill hold assist function helps it to move off on inclines easily. The electronic stability program keeps the vehicle stable by applying brake force to individual wheels. There are hazard warning lights that gets activated automatically when it slows down from a speed of 70 kmph to a standstill and this works in conjunction with brake assist system. The anti lock braking system on the other hand, prevents it from skidding even when sudden brakes are applied. The adaptive brake lights are activated during sharp braking particularly, when the speed is over 50 kmph. Aside from all these, the list includes audible warning signals for front seat belts, crash responsive emergency lighting, ISOFIX child seat anchorage with fastening points, brake pad wear indicator and many others.

Mercedes Benz A Class Cost in Hyderabad

Mercedes Benz A Class On Road Price is 36,24,301/- and Ex-showroom Price is 29,89,600/- in Hyderabad. Mercedes Benz A Class comes with Automatic Transmission with FWD .

Mercedes Benz A Class Conclusion

In the end, the A-class comes across a compact, premium and properly impressive runabout. It’s got almost everything we like about big Mercs — a solid build, high-quality interiors and a decent ride, all with a huge dose of youthfulness. The engine in the A 180 could’ve done with a little bit more grunt, but apart from that, there’s little to fault.

The bigger concern is whether or not Indian buyers will accept a hatchback as a genuine luxury car. But there’s a good chance the A-class, with its stunning looks and sheer desirability, could trigger India’s first compact luxury car revolution

H-1B Visa Requirements For Doctors & Physicians

H1B Visa

Foreign medical graduates often desire to leave their country to further their careers in the United States. The H-1B is highly sought after by foreign professionals seeking employment in specialty occupations within the U.S. However, obtaining an H-1B visa for doctors and physicians comes with its own set of requirements.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Premium processing has been suspended for all cap-subject petitions for the 2019 fiscal year. The suspension will take place April 2, 2018 and continue until September 10, 2018. To read more about this suspension and how it affects your case, read our premium processing suspension update.

Because of the high demand for this class of visa, having your application approved for an H-1B visa or getting H-1B status is not always easy. Having a thorough understanding of the visa requirements and heeding legal counsel can help you avoid common delays and pitfalls. For H1B Visa Process Visit Orphosyscorp

In the past, physicians have been using the J-1 visa to practice in the U.S. This option, however, came with a two-year foreign residency requirement after medical training that was often hard to fulfill. Now, under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1990, medical professionals were able to apply for the H-1B visa for doctors to avoid the residency requirement.

U.S. employers are allowed to legally hire qualified foreign professionals on a temporary basis based on their acquired skills. In order to be eligible for the H-1B visa, the U.S. employer as well as the potential employee must follow the USCIS conditions and regulations. The visa requirements strive to ensure that the U.S. employer and foreign professional comply with the Department of Labor standards.

An H-1B visa for doctors can be obtained by applicants who aim to:

A. To teach or conduct research at a public or nonprofit private educational institution

B. To participate in a residency program

C. For employment for a U.S. company that complies with USCIS conditions and regulations as a physician or doctor

Application Process

The U.S. Department of Labor sums up the H-1B application process in three steps:

A. Submit a labor condition application (LCA) to the Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC).

B. Once the LCA has been certified by the OFLC, submit it to the USCIS along with the “Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker,” Form I-129. While the petition includes some of the same information as the LCA, the USCIS reviews information on both documents to determine whether the job meets the requirements of a specialty occupation.

It also decides whether the prospective H-1B worker meets the statutory requirements in that occupation. USCIS approval is provided by Form I-797. To know more information on  H1B Visa check Pdagreen

C. Any foreign workers located outside the U.S. should go to the Department of State (DOS) to obtain a visa to work in the U.S. with a specific employer for a designated calendar period of time.

If the foreign worker is already in the United States, USCIS provides the nonimmigrant an I-797 approval notice which gives the individual the ability to work pursuant to the approved H-1B petition.

Once an employer obtains the certified LCA and the approved petition, the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) enforces the attestations within the LCA. This includes the material facts and labor condition statements.

Hyundai Verna Review & First Drive

Aryavarta

Hyundai Verna Overview

The Hyundai Verna 2018 is the new generation model, which was launched last year. The demand for this sedan has been good and it has been selling well since launch. Most of the variants of the new Verna have a waiting period of 4 to 5 weeks. It is the diesel version of the car which has a higher demand. This is surprise, as the mid-size sedan segment has been shifting toward petrol power cars. An example of this is that the Honda City, which is Verna’s closest rival has 70 per cent of its sales coming form the petrol version. Quite in the opposite fashion, the Verna sees almost 60 per cent of it sales driven by the diesel version. This includes both manual and automatic variants. The Verna comes with a 1.6-litre diesel and is mated to a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission.

This new generation Verna is built on the Elantra platform. It follows the Fluidic 2.0 design language of Hyundai. Hyundai has priced this vehicle aggressively in comparison to competition. The lighter K2 platform has been used to develop this car. The car feels premium and is aimed at evolved buyers. The new Verna has about 50 per cent ultra high strength steel used, which adds to the light weight. The build quality of this car is also better than ever before. Check for Hyundai Verna price in Hyderabad.

The car is dimensionally different and has good space overall. There a lot of features on offer. As per Hyundai the next-generation Verna has undergone testing in different parts of the country for high speed stability, uphill drivability, cruise control and other aspects. The Hyundai Verna 2017 is a fuel efficient car too. ARAI figures suggest 17.7km/l on the petrol engine, while the diesel engine is around 24.5km/l.

Hyundai Verna Exterior & Style

On the design front, it’s possible for the passersby to mistake new Verna for Elantra, thanks to silhouette and the design that makes it resemble the sibling. So, one can understand the level of details the car has been given. And just like the Elantra, the new Verna conforms to the company’s new Fluidic Design 2.0 design language. The center of attraction at the front is definitely the cascading style grille that adds nice width to the car. The curved headlamps with projector lights and the chrome surround on the fog lamps add distinct character to the vehicle.

The car retains the coupe-like stance and with bigger dimension (longer by 65mm and wheelbase increased by 30mm) it now looks all more special. The wheels are packed nicely with the support of 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels. The electrically operated sunroof lends an upmarket touch to the car. The LED taillamps look good particularly when you took the car at night. The carmaker has gone minimalistic when it comes to using chrome at the rear and that works in favour of the car.

Hyundai Verna Interior & Space

Being a Hyundai, the Verna comes with very good quality materials used on the inside. The dashboard has a driver-focused layout and the dual-tone colour theme looks pleasant. Compared to the older Verna, a lot has changed and the new generation car definitely feels a much better place to be in. Fit and finish is definitely very good and the build quality isn’t bad either. The sedan comes with features like ventilated front seats, electric sunroof, hands-free smart trunk, voice recognition, cruise control, 7.0-inch audio system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Navigation, automatic climate control, rear parking camera and keyless-go. The audio system sounds pretty good while the cooling performance from the AC is brilliant.

Hyundai has also developed a Connected Car app for the Verna which is compatible with the top SX(O) variant of the car. The app is extremely good and shows details like RPM, current speed, fuel range, etc. It even shows the number of times you’ve done hard braking or hard acceleration in the car. The app is nifty but it should’ve been offered for all variants. The smart trunk feature on the car is worth a mention. You need to have the key fob in your pocket and if you stand near the boot for more than 3 seconds, the boot releases. However, the boot doesn’t really open up fully and you actually need to open it manually after the lock releases.

Found the front seats to be comfortable even over long drives and support for the lower back and under thighs is decent enough. The rear seat is also well-shaped but space is very limited. Kneeroom just cannot be compared to the Honda City and Maruti Ciaz while headroom is also just average. I am almost 6 feet tall and my head was almost touching the roof when I sat at the rear. However, the rear bench feels pretty comfortable in terms of support. The car also has a number of cubbyholes, bottle-holders and storage spaces inside the cabin. While the equipment list is very good, space is at an absolute compromise which can be a major deal-breaker especially for those people who are chauffeur-driven. The boot is well-shaped and can definitely hold quite a lot of luggage but at 480-litres, it is slightly smaller than the City and Ciaz.

Hyundai Verna Engine & Gearbox

Hyundai has introduced the 1.4-litre petrol engine as well, on the base variants. This has helped them to price the car well. The 1.6-litre petrol comes in higher variants, also with an automatic. The 1.6-litre diesel engine is also on offer. It offers similar torque with certain tweaks. Both the engines have been tuned for better performance, be it in city or even on the highway. This makes the Hyundai Verna a very good buy. To know more details on Hyundai Verna visit Ubvvn

The petrol and diesel engines have good performance. The diesel is the one which feels the best. The clutch is quite light and gear shifts are smooth. There is more than sufficient torque in this engine and the Verna its a smile on the face. The automatic is for sure more comfortable option, especially for city driving. But for spirited driving its the manual you should opt for.

The petrol has 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic. The petrol 1.4 offers 99bhp of power, whereas the 1.6 has 121bhp. The diesel churns out 126bhp of power. The steering geometry is also revised and now feels much better to drive. The steering is very responsive. There isn’t a major increase in the mileage of this new car. Hyundai is now offering distance to empty and mileage indicator on the driver information system. This is a welcome addition.

Hyundai Verna Driving Dynamics

Dynamics on the 2018 Hyundai Verna are leagues ahead of the older car. The steering is so much better now. It feels direct but still lacks feedback. At low speeds, it is light enough while it weighs up slightly on the highways. However, it still feels dead and lacks a proper connect. The vehicle remains stable on straights as well as twisty roads alike but doesn’t feel as eager or sure-footed as cars like the Volkswagen Vento and Skoda Rapid. The Verna is a very good cruiser but I wouldn’t call it a fun-to-drive car.

The suspension has been set-up nicely and it gets a mildly stiff setting. It absorbs bumps and potholes well and the car’s body remains fairly composed all the time. If you hit sharp undulations, the suspension does have a tendency to thud. Ground clearance isn’t much of an issue while braking performance is brilliant with the pedal having good bite and generating much better feedback too. The Verna comes with Hankook tyres and grip is satisfactory for regular usage. While the older car used to feel like a boat, this one is completely different.

Hyundai Verna Braking & Safety

While the braking performance of the new Verna is adequate for a regular driving experience, the energetic drivers will find it missing due to lack of rear disc brake. However, the jerkiness of the brakes in the previous version has now been sorted out. In terms of equipment, the sedan is loaded with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, central locking and ISOFIX mounts as standard. Further, choosing the top spec model will get you 6 airbags, keyless entry, headlamp escort function, and speed sensing auto-door lock.

Hyundai Verna Cost in Hyderabad

Hyundai Verna On Road Price is 13,94,556/- and Ex-showroom Price is 11,54,290/- in Hyderabad. Hyundai Verna comes in 7 colours, namely Fiery Red,Phantom Black,Flame Orange,Star Dust,Polar White,Siena Brown,Sleek Silver. Hyundai Verna comes with FWD with 1591 CC Displacement and 4 Cylinders with Maximum Power 121 bhp@6400 rpm and Peak Torque 151 Nm@4850 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at N/A . Hyundai Verna comes with Manual Transmission with FWD .

Hyundai Verna Conclusion

The 2018 Hyundai Verna ticks most of the boxes right and it is indeed a very good product. The car has been priced attractively but these prices are only for the first 20,000 customers, post which there will be a marginal hike in price. The vehicle impresses with its performance, comfort, unending equipment list and of course the styling and except the lack of space at the rear, the Verna doesn’t really have any major downside and we think the Honda City and Maruti Ciaz definitely have a reason to worry. But people who really want a spacious cabin, they might have to look elsewhere.

The C-segment sedan is available in four different variants such as E, EX, SX and SX (O). Checking on the pricing details its base trim E is available at the price tag of Rs. 7.90 lakh for the petrol and Rs. 9.60 lakh for the diesel model. Its top variant SX (O) is priced at Rs. 12.66 lakh for the petrol and Rs. 12.86 lakh for the diesel. The top-selling VTVT 1.6 SX is tagged at Rs. 9.81 lakh. The new Hyundai Verna is a certainly a lot sophisticated and evolved. And this makes it a more worthy competitor against the likes of Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz and Volkswagen Vento in the segment.
